How does the renewal process work for my subscription?
Renewals are automatically processed on a monthly basis. You will be billed on the same day of the month that you first subscribed.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, your subscription will continue until your subscription period comes to an end.

You can report a fake review by clicking the "report" button next to the review in question and providing a reason for the report. There will be instant AI-powered moderation, manual moderation, or community moderation based on the severity of the reported content.
How does TestedWeb use behavioral analysis AI to identify fake reviews?
TestedWeb uses advanced machine learning algorithms to analyze user behavior and patterns, to identify and flag suspicious or potentially fake reviews. This is on top of our sentiment analysis AI.
How does TestedWeb use blockchain technology to give users content ownership?
TestedWeb uses Silent Notary blockchain notarization protocol to securely & transparently record and verify user-generated content, giving users full ownership and control over reviews & other content.
How long does it take for customers’ reviews to be verified & published on TestedWeb?
Reviews are typically verified and published instantly, in rare occasions verification could last a few minutes.
What happens if reviews are flagged as suspicious or potentially fake?
If a review is flagged as suspicious or potentially fake, it will not receive a star rating and will be moved into the spam reviews section of the reviewed company. When our AI marks a review as spam or fake, the writer is penalized by as much as 100 points. However, the flagged review always remains the writer’s property and is accessible by them via their profile.
We are only be able to remove the content if it is reported as harmful or dangerous activity. In such cases, reviews will only be removed from the front-end of the platform, and will still remain in the writer’s content wallet.
If a company owner or a manager shares a review for their own company, there will be an automatically generated notification, in addition to it potentially being marked it as spam.
Can I see all the reviews that I've written on TestedWeb?
Yes, you can see all of the reviews that you've written by logging into your account and going to the "Reviews" section.
If you want to see all the reviews of a specific user you can click on the user’s TestedWeb profile and select “Reviews” to see all their submitted reviews.
